In our family-run Zimmerservice you will find a cheap alternative to hotel accommodation.
We rent our complete non-smoking guest apartment for one to four guests at a reasonable price. The apartment consists of four fully furnished single rooms.
Our House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a separate toilet and a shower room.
A public charging station for electric cars (available from 4 p.m. to 6 a.m.) is located approximately 200 meters away.
In addition, a part of the garden including a barbecue and garden furniture is at your disposal.

Thanks to the very quiet yet convenient location of our house we offer convenient and quick transport connections to Esslingen and Stuttgart, Stuttgart Airport and the trade fair.
